We are proud to announce that for the 2008 season Edge cycling components will be rolling in the peloton world wide.  Over the last two years the engineers of Edge Composites have taken their design experience and love of cycling to bring you components that are not only fashionable, but functional.  Along with the release of our road wheels and forks, we are working diligently to release many other innovative products for the road, mountain, and cyclocross markets.

Fork Info

Using a proprietary net molding process we have created a fork that is 100% molded carbon fiber from steertube to dropouts.  There is no co-molding, bonding, drilling, or cutting involved in the construction of our Road and Aero model forks.  Consequently, our forks promise both durability and light weight, without compromising ride and handling characteristics.

Rim Info

Like our forks our rims are designed with you the cyclist in mind.  Whether you be a seasoned professional, amateur, or weekend warrior, we have designed a rim to meet your needs.  Using a proprietary molding process we have created a spoke interface that permits the running of higher spoke tensions than any carbon rim, of similar weight has seen to date.  Not only does our spoke interface allow for higher tension, but it is also designed to enhance the durability of the wheel as a whole by limiting spoke fatigue.  By limiting spoke fatigue we promise a low maintenance highly durable wheel.  Other features of our unique molding process include an elevated brake surface for optimized braking performance, and impact resistant sidewall construction for overall durability.  All in all we promise an aerodynamic, light, stiff, and highly durable wheel that will finish your event!
